GREEN, ON THE DARK SIDE

Dark green turns up everywhere in nature and is the real color of money — of the American greenback, that is. Some of the darkest shades of this variety of green are associated with some of the world’s most expensive automobile brands, such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Porsche. While lighter shades of green tend to evoke a sense of the springtime, dark green, which brings to mind the color of pine trees, is often linked to winter.
