WHITE STUFF

IS IT A NON-COLOR OR DOES ITS CHARACTER DEPEND ON THE COLORS THAT SURROUND IT?

But as physicists remind us, since the colors we see with our eyes are, in fact, reflected wavelengths of light, white is anything but pure or merely empty of color content. When it comes to understanding and appreciating the diversity — and complexity — of white, we really do not want to be left in the dark.
